Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, cabbage, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, spinach, melba toast, tbsp milk
Noon seems to be the hungry time for me. I am good with the fluids right away, but then it tapers off and next thing I know I am famished. Tried sautéed cabbage today - loved it. I also wilted my spinach, a big hit. Still feeling a little mental fog and a slight headache this evening, but overall - good!
LOVE this video. I love a good pep talk.
