Day 22


196 pounds
500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea x2
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, strawberries, green salad, juice of one lemon

Good day, but somehow really crabby. The comments made by my husband last night about how I'm "just going to gain it all back in a year" really sting still today. I wonder what his motive could be? I got my period today, ugh! Third day at the same weight, fine. Maybe some of my crabbiness is due to the pressure I felt regarding lunch today. Another day without cheating, the temptations were big, but I stayed the course.
