Day 20


196.8 pounds
500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, green salad, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, apple, tomato, melba toast, tbsp milk

Feeling better today too. Now down 3.8 pounds from last week! I took my measurements and I'm down 10", WOOHOO!! I am finally starting to see change. Grand total of 16.4 pounds lost. Great!
