LAST DAY
 
Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Chicken, strawberries, spinach
Dinner: Lean beef, green salad
 
I made it through the day without hunger! I didn't feel any differently without the hCG drops. Yay! spent the evening cooking food for maintenance phase. I hope I can maintain the success. I worry about how much I will need and how I will know... Tomorrow starts maintenance!

Finally got a pedicure! Waited so long, it felt fantastic. Ran all day, but everything worked out fine. My energy was good until about 9:30, now I'm exhausted. Just like it should be!

Busy day, good energy, lots of time outside which helps a lot! Slept well, busy and active. Today was the first day off hCG drops. Excited to see how this goes...

Normal day. I accomplished a lot today. I cleaned my closet. It was very rewarding to throw out my large pants! AND, even better to wear shorts and pants I loved from a few years ago. When I took my bedtime hCG drops, I realized I am out...

Day 38

Dinner: Chicken, tomato, melba toast

Today I considered being done. I can stop any day and I thought about this being it. But then I charted my weight loss on the graph and realized I lost more on the weekends (for some unknown reason). So why not capitalize on one last weekend. Sunday will be my last day of drops, followed by 3 days of VLCD, ugh! Then maintenance. I have been reading up on how to make the transition. I still feel a little unsure.

Good day, more energy - very busy. Feeling sore in my hands, not sure why. I definitely get muscle fatigue much quicker. I suppose I have low glucose to supply my muschles.

So stinking tired I could fall over. Another 12 hour day. I am exhausted. Took B12 again today. I am probably deficient on water and nutrients because I am forgetting my supplements and not eating a good variety. I gotta work on that.
