Dinner: Chicken, apple, cabbage, tbsp milk
Really relaxing, good day! I feel so calm and relaxed this time at the lake. The sun finally came out today and I spent some time outside. We had all the neighbors over for dinner and I ate all my planned food. Still no slip-ups. 33 day of it, yeah!! Now just waiting for the scale to reflect it!
