Day 29

500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, spinach
Dinner: Chicken, spinach

I am so tired I could cry. I have been up too late at night and up too early in the morning. I need a day of rest! On call tonight after CPR class until 9 pm. Please Lord, let me sleep!
