Day 18


Didn't weigh
500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, spinach, melba toast
Dinner: Shrimp, apple, asparagus, tbsp milk

I was hungry all day. I am feeling a little crabby. The weight is not coming off! I have not cheated or deviated in any way. This is frustrating. I am almost half way done and have not made much progress. I want to lose at least another 20 pounds. I have no idea how that is going to happen.
