Dinner: Chicken, tomato, melba toast
Today I considered being done. I can stop any day and I thought about this being it. But then I charted my weight loss on the graph and realized I lost more on the weekends (for some unknown reason). So why not capitalize on one last weekend. Sunday will be my last day of drops, followed by 3 days of VLCD, ugh! Then maintenance. I have been reading up on how to make the transition. I still feel a little unsure.
