Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, green salad, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, spinach, tbsp milk
What a fantastic day! I had such a great day with friends and family at the lake! The most stress free day I've had in ages! I think I might be coming up a little short on water, so an effort tomorrow to get an extra glass. Went out for dinner tonight with friends. I brought my own food. Went just fine!
