Day 37

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Chicken, strawberries, green salad
Dinner: Lean beef, spinach, grissini breadstick

Good day, more energy - very busy. Feeling sore in my hands, not sure why. I definitely get muscle fatigue much quicker. I suppose I have low glucose to supply my muschles.
