Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, apple, spinach, grissini breadstick, tbsp milk
I ate an extra apple today...I was hungry. I am at the cabin and it is not as relaxing as I would like. But I am getting some work done that I have been putting off. I guess I have more energy than I have had in a long time. That's a plus!
