Day 12





200.6 pounds
500 calories + hCG

Breakfast:  Tea
Lunch:  Chicken, strawberries, spinach, melba toast
Dinner:  Lean beef, apple, green salad, melba toast, tbsp milk

I had my first big social gathering that involved food today and it went fine. My niece was baptized. There was a lot of food, like I expected. Lots of carbs, sugar, etc... I brought my own meal and did just fine. Then in the evening, I got called into work and ended up working late. This means dinner at 10:30 pm. I need pre-made dinners. I tried meatballs and they were terrific.
