Lunch: Chicken, strawberries, spinach, melba toast
Dinner: Lean beef, green salad, tomato, tbsp milk, stevia
Today was a work day. It is nice to be back into the routine, but LOTS of temptations. Holy Cow! I pass up so many calories every day. Amazing. Now my co-workers are planning for a retirement party; heavy on food, desserts, cakes, pies, cookies, bars. Heaven HELP me! I am feeling a little tired, need to step up my B12 & multi vitamin. And maybe rest more.
