Day 25


194.2 pounds
500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, green salad, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, strawberries

Today I successfully managed another social situation. YAY! We had a work retreat today - lots of good food. But, I stayed perfectly on plan. Then a grad party - again no problem. I think the longer I do this, the easier it gets. I am amazed!! Down almost 2 pounds, I hit the 40 pound mark since Christmas. This feels good!!
