Dinner: Chicken, 1/2 grapefruit, melba toast
At times I feel like I cannot take another day of this and at other times I feel like I could eat this way the rest of my life. It is easy, but requires preparation. It is boring, but forces you to be creative. Some days I'm in the mood for creative & some days not. Today was a not day that I pushed to creative. I made 12 days of meatballs, kids ate 2 days worth. My freezer is officially full...yay!
