Day 16

500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, spinach, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, apple, tomato, melba toast

Today is my birthday! A girlfriend brought a cake to work for me. I didn't have a single bite :(  We drove to the lake after work, dinner at 10:00 pm. Tired. Bed.
