Day 26

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, tomato
Dinner: Chicken, spinach, 3 chocolates

My son's birthday today! We celebrated by going to a great movie. I smuggled in my own beverage & 3 chocolates. Family over for cake. I am noticing how many people do not eat desert, especially thin people. I guess I always figured everyone did.
