Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Chicken, strawberries, spinach, melba toast
Dinner: Lean beef, apple, asparagus, melba toast, juice of one lemon
The weather has been snowing & cold. I just don't think that helps anyone, myself included. I am doing well. Today was a plateau day. OK. I am doing everything right. I will just wait. I have a number of big events coming up and I am a little nervous about how I will handle them on maintenance. My lips have been dry. Trying to increase fluids to help. My skin looks dry too.
