Lunch: Lean beef, strawberries, green salad, melba toast
Dinner: Chicken, apple, spinach
Today went well, got lots done. I picked up new hCG drops after spilling mine last night. At the lake for the weekend. Thought about cheating and having a glass of wine, but I didn't. Glad. Looking forward to some extra rest this weekend :)
