Dinner: Lean beef, tomato, melba toast
Started the day off with a call into work. I had still been in bed, so I made a quick tea, poured water, took hCG and left. I worked until 2, so it was 3:30 pm before I ate. Wait, I brought a grapefruit to work. Anyways, I was hungry but not miserable. I need to pre-make meals. I got a good recipe for meatballs today. I think I will make some tomorrow.
