Day 13


200.6 pounds
500 calories + hCG

Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Lean beef, green salad, melba toast
Dinner: White fish, apple, spinach, melba toast, juice of one lemon, stevia

Long, busy day. Shopping, measurements, groceries...I'm tired. I feel stressed, maybe a little irritated. The scale has been stuck since Saturday. I'm being patient. I have done everything right. I'll just hang in there.
