Breakfast: tea
Lunch: 100g chicken, 1/2 grapefruit, spinach, grissini breadstick
Dinner: shrimp, apple, cucumber, melba toast, tbsp milk
Today was my first day at work on the plan. I started the day feeling good, "light" for lack of a better word. Sweaty but not shaky. I had grapefruit at 8:30 am and lots of water, which was good because lunch was at 1:15pm, but I felt good. I feel tired, no, not tired, low energy. My friend (who also participated in this protocol) suggested I take B12 which I had forgotten. At home I had a difficult time picking out a dinner I wanted to eat. I really need to look into some additional options.
