Day 5

 
Didn't weigh
500 Calories + hCG


Breakfast:  Tea
Lunch:  100g chicken, strawberries, green salad
Dinner:  100g white fish, cucumber, melba toast, juice of one lemon

Travel day, went from the cabin to home. I had intermittent times of hunger, which drinking tea or water resolved. My husband cooked Mexican food for the family for lunch, smelled wonderful. Driving home after lunch I had my strawberries. My husband ate half of them. This really is easier than I thought. I am enjoying the creativity.
