LAST DAY
 
Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: Chicken, strawberries, spinach
Dinner: Lean beef, green salad
 
I made it through the day without hunger! I didn't feel any differently without the hCG drops. Yay! spent the evening cooking food for maintenance phase. I hope I can maintain the success. I worry about how much I will need and how I will know... Tomorrow starts maintenance!
